Shock "burns" or oxidizes these contaminates and replenishes the chlorine deplete level in your pool. Shocking actually restores your chlorine's "fighting power" and makes it safe to swim again. Did you know that those noxious odors, skin irritations, and eye-burning problems are not usually the result of too much chlorine? In fact, there is likely not enough chlorine to oxidize the organic matter. Blue Wave shock is the only solution!!

Algaecides
Algae growth is common when your pool has poor circulation and when the disinfectant level, or algaecide content in the water is low or neglected. Proper filtration (we recommend running filter at least 8-10 hours a day) and regular use of Blue Wave algaecide will keep your pool free of algae. Blue Wave offers only the most concentrated algaecides to fight all strains of green, yellow, black, and mustard algae. Not only do they kill existing algae, but they will also prevent the formation of those tough, resistant algae.

Specialty Chemicals
FAST RINSE : This spray and rinse formula removes oils, minerals and scale from spa cartridges - FAST. Just rinse cartridge, spray with cleaner, let set for 3-6 minutes, rinse and use. No soaking required. Use regularly to extend your cartridge life and increase filter efficiency.

FILTER CLEAN : This powerful cleaner and degreaser removes the oils, grease, and debris that clog your filter in just 24 hours. Regular use of Blue Wave Filter Clean will increase your filter efficiency and greatly extend the life of your filter. Use approximately 1 quart per cleaning.
TILE & VINYL CLEANER : You will not believe how well this powerful formula works on tile, chrome, vinyl, and other pool surfaces. Clings to vertical surfaces, and quickly and easily removes oily grime and scale. Just wipe on dirty surface, wait a few minutes and remove with a mild abrasive mitt or brush. Water Balance Chemicals The first, most important step to proper pool care is to keep your pool water in balance. This will ensure that you are getting the most effective use of your chemicals. Test daily to ensure that pH, total alkalinity, calcium hardness and cyanuric acid (stabilizer) are within the correct levels.
pH INCREASER : Use as needed to raise the pH level to the ideal range of 7.2 to 7.6 ppm. Stops eye irritation, etching and corrosion caused by low pH.
pH REDUCER : Use as needed to lower pH to ideal range of 7.2 to 7.6 ppm. Stops eye irritation, cloudy water, and scaling caused by high pH. that cloud the water
ALKALINITY INCREASER : Use as needed to raise total alkalinity levels to the safe (non-corrosive) zone. Stops eye irritation, equipment corrosion, and plater etching caused by low alkalinity.
STABILIZER : Stabilizer pre-conditions your pool water to make chlorine last longer. Use at the beginning of each season to protect chlorine from the sun’s damaging effects and increase its effectiveness.
